Temp-to-Perm Option
HS understands that qualified workers are very difficult to find for permanent positions.
We can assist in a client's hiring process by making it possible to hire temporary staff to fill
a full-time position. Once you decide you are interested in a person, HS will negotiate a
period of time that individual stays on your payroll, usually 500 hours, and then that
person is placed on your payroll.
There is no obligation to complete the temp-to-perm arrangement, if at any time you
decide that you do not want to complete the hiring process.
